After verification and approval, Unitopia Shop may offer:

- Store credit
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Claims submitted beyond the required timeframe may no longer be eligible for review.

Lost or Missing Packages
Unitopia Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier.
If your package appears missing, customers are encouraged to:
