Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
We strictly do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Change of mind requests
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging received
After verification and approval, Unitopia Shop may provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Claims submitted beyond the stated period may no longer be eligible for review.
3. Warranty Policy
Selected products may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Improper handling or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage (unless specified)
- Damage caused by improper storage or usage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
All warranty claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval.
Unitopia Shop reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
4. Order Cancellation
All orders are final.
Once payment has been confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Please ensure that all order details, shipping information, and selected products are correct before placing your order.

Unitopia Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Natural events or force majeure circumstances
6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
Unitopia Shop is not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are advised to:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the local courier office
- Allow additional time for tracking updates
For significantly delayed or missing shipments in transit, customers may contact us and we will do our best to assist in coordinating with the courier service.
However, final delivery responsibility remains with the shipping carrier.
