Refunds, Return & Warranty Policy

At Grounded Energy, we value every customer and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

All sales are considered final. We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Change of mind requests

Please review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your concern, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Warranty

Selected products may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper storage or usage

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Order Cancellation

All orders are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

Please make sure all order details, shipping information, and product selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

Unitopia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are advised to:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the local courier office
  • Allow additional time for delivery updates

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.

For shipments that appear significantly delayed or missing in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in coordinating with the courier service.
